Deposit Policy
To reserve your order date, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time the order is placed.Orders are not confirmed or scheduled until the deposit has been received.The remaining balance must be paid no later than 48 hours before pickup or delivery. Orders that are not paid in full by the due date may be canceled and the deposit forfeited.Because each dessert is made fresh and often customized, the deposit allows Southern Sweet Treats LLC to purchase ingredients, reserve time in the baking schedule, and prepare your order with care.
Refund Policy
Due to the custom and perishable nature of baked goods, all sales are final.Southern Sweet Treats LLC does not offer refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed.If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup so we can review the concern. We are committed to quality and customer satisfaction and will do our best to make things right when possible.

Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind
Incorrect storage after pickup
Damage once the order has left our care
Failure to pick up an order at the scheduled time
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible.
Deposits are non-refundable.
If cancellation occurs more than 72 hours before pickup, any payments beyond the deposit may be refunded.
Orders canceled within 72 hours of pickup are non-refundable due to ingredient preparation and reserved baking time.
Pickup Responsibility
Once desserts leave Southern Sweet Treats LLC, the customer assumes full responsibility for:
Safe transportation
Proper storage
Protection from heat, sunlight, or damage
We recommend transporting cakes on a flat surface in a cool vehicle
